As a Polanco Digital Services salesperson you find clients for our services: you prospect businesses, guide them from first contact to close, and log every sale in the system the same day.
What you'll do every day
- Prospect businesses every day: social media, referrals, calls, messages and local visits.
- Present our services with the company's official material (catalog, demos and scripts).
- Follow up daily with every prospect: answer messages, schedule calls and recontact interested leads.
- Close sales and log them in the system the same day.
- Coordinate with the team on the delivery of each service sold.
- Report your daily activity on the platform (contacts, follow-ups and closes).
Requirements
- Verifiable experience in sales or leading people/teams — required.
- Bilingual Spanish/English — preferred.
- Real commitment: daily availability to prospect and follow up.
- Smartphone with internet access.
- Professional attitude and drive to grow.
Compensation
30%
of every sale you close, no earnings cap
- 100% commission, NO base salary.

Professional websites for local businesses: clients see their finished site before paying. Plans: $159 / $369 / $629. Certified EN↔ES translations ($35/page, the single Catalog v2 rate) and digital services.
